TMZ Sport published a video showing Abdel-Aziz after he previously denied through his account on Twitter, the news of Habib’s retirement, in which he said: “Habib will not retire, he has certain goals, he has something that can be achieved.”

He continued: “I am sure that Dana (UFC President) will inform you at the appropriate time when he will fight. We have great success … Habib versus Justin Gatji, the best two light weights in the world so far.”

Regarding the date of Habib’s return to the arenas, the Russian fighter’s agent explained: “Will Normanov return in September? This is Dana White’s job, I don’t want to speak on his behalf, but you will see Habib before the end of the year .. Certainly Habib and Justin will fight before the end of the year.”
