The Saudi News Agency SPA quoted a spokesperson for the Border Guard, Lt. Col. Mesfer Al-Quraini, as saying that continuous monitoring of criminal networks targeting the kingdom and its people with narcotic substances and attempts by its elements to smuggle their toxins across the borders of the land and sea kingdom through various methods and methods resulted, with the grace of God Almighty, from Thwarting an attempt to smuggle a total of six hundred and sixty thousand narcotic pills (Captagon) in the Tabuk region, and those involved were arrested and they are two persons of Jordanian nationality, after monitoring that they crossed the borders of the Kingdom.

He said that two people were monitored when they crossed the land borders of the Kingdom through the responsibilities of the case of Ammar in the Tabuk region coming from Jordanian lands while trying to smuggle a quantity of narcotic pills, and immediately the patrols were directed to the site of the event and they were arrested and (3) bags were found and inside (360,000) three One hundred and sixty thousand tablets of narcotic pills (Captagon), and they were stopped and regular measures taken and referred to the competent authority.
