The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked among the cheapest countries in the world in electricity prices, according to the “globalpetrolprices” classification that specializes in tracking energy prices around the world.

The site pointed out that Saudi Arabia ranked 23rd in the world in providing cheap prices for electricity out of 154 countries.

Sudan came as the cheapest Arab country and globally in the prices of electricity, followed by Venezuela, and thirdly by Cuba, while Bermuda came the most expensive in the world in electricity, then Germany and Denmark.

The report indicated that Morocco is the most expensive Arab country in electricity prices, followed by Jordan, Lebanon third, and the UAE fourth.
