Tishreen Club won the title of the Syrian Football League champion after defeating its host Al Karama 1-0 in the match they gathered today, Tuesday, in the last 26 round of the competition.
Tishreen owes the victory to the player, Mohamed Marmour, who scored the only goal in the match in the 38th minute of the match.
With this victory, Tishreen raised its score to 59 points, and ended the Syrian League in the lead to crown the title absent from its treasures 23 years ago, in contrast, the balance of dignity stopped at 33 points in seventh place on the table.
This title is the third for the October Club in the history of the Syrian League, after 1982 and 1997.
In a second match, Al-Wathba tied the runners-up with its host Hittin with a goal for each, ending Al-Wathba in second place with 56 points, followed by Hattin in third place with 53 points.
Al-Nawaier lost to Al-Wahda, his team, with a clean quad, to bid farewell to the League of Lights and join Al-Jazira, whose early landing was confirmed.
