A US legal company has filed a lawsuit against Alphabet Inc, to which Google is affiliated, because it pursued the activities of users of Google applications even if the stealth mode was activated.
Boies Schiller Flexner has previously filed a $ 5 billion suit against Alphabet Inc, accusing this organization of “spying” on Chrome browser users even when they’re in incognito mode.
The text of the lawsuit states that “Google” continues to capture information about the use of the applications and personal information of users without their consent.
Alphabet Inc has not yet commented on these reports, while the amount of the new lawsuit and the claims submitted there have not been disclosed.
