The provision of hookah was suspended in mid-March, when the competent authorities in Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah and Ras al-Khaimah decided to prevent the supply of hookah in cafes, hotels and tourist facilities, within the framework of preventive measures to protect society from the spread of the Corona virus.
The Dubai Municipality has directed all licensed hookah cafes in the emirate to refrain from providing hookah in its facilities, as part of precautionary measures aimed at achieving the highest levels of health and safety for the community.
