With the ongoing preparations at the «French Institute in Lebanon» to reopen its doors again in next June, he has been persisting in this period, as he has been during the past two months, to open his electronic and interactive platforms, to provide a wide range of artistic and cinematic shows that suit different age groups . This month, the institute is devoted to various activities, which started on May 9th, by organizing the “Story Festival” in association with the “Artist’s House – Hammana”, while the storyteller Khaled Al-Nana’a remained on a date with visitors through the Institute’s Facebook page. On Friday, he will present a new story, in the “Story Hour” paragraph, in a live broadcast on Facebook. And among the virtual art galleries, the institute started publishing paintings by French artist Orlan on her Instagram page. This falls within the first session of the “International Feminist Festival”, under the title “The Crying Are the Angry”. And in his connection with the “French Cinematheque” (the French Film Foundation), which recently released its treasures, and presented rare films, within the “Henri” platform, “The French Institute in Lebanon” offers evening platform suggestions about displaying rare French masterpieces. Besides launching the professional marionette or children’s marionette (May 14), the institute continues to open its classes to teach the French language electronically, with tests to be conducted between June 5 and June 14.
