The head of the affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Sudais, called for joy and happiness in the feast and communication with relatives and wombs through modern means, despite the current circumstances in light of the pandemic crisis “Corona”.
Al-Sudais said during a speech on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday, that this Eid Al-Fitr is coming at a time when the world is still suffering from the effects of the pandemic “Corona”, and then this holiday comes in different circumstances.
He added that the feast remains a law in which the Islamic Sharia came with a great approach that achieves joy, happiness and goodness despite all the circumstances. Therefore, Muslims should abstain from many praises and thanks to God, and that this is with God’s judgment and destiny, and they should improve their belief in their Lord.
He stressed the need to take all precautions and preventive measures; For its self-preservation, it thanked the security men and the health men and everyone who made efforts in that crisis, stating that the Eid prayer will take place, God willing, within the six o’clock in the morning.
