Rome – The Scientific Technical Committee, which is helping the Italian government to manage the Corona Crisis, has agreed that teams will return to training from next Monday.
The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza and the Minister of Sports Vincenzo Spadafora, revealed this decision through a joint statement transmitted by the Italian media, which includes a series of strict instructions that clubs should follow to ensure maximum protection from the Covid-19 virus.
The statement stated: “The consultancy requested by the government was answered on Monday by the Scientific Technical Committee, which confirmed the necessity to follow the protection measures in place by the relevant ministries.”

“The recommendations of the committee will be sent so that the teams’ training can be resumed in favorable safety conditions as of May 18,” the statement added.
The Serie A teams returned to the first degree for individual and voluntary training in the fourth of this month, and can return to group training based on the coaches ’instructions starting from next week.
