Watch how Saudi Arabia monitors the market “thermally” to detect Corona virus


Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have launched a number of regions and governorates using drone technologies equipped with thermal cameras to monitor and detect the temperatures of shoppers in a number of shopping centers.

The official Saudi News Agency published a video of these operations with a comment in which it said: “The secretariats of the eastern region, Medina and Qassim use Drones and thermal cameras to monitor the temperature of shoppers in commercial markets, as part of their precautionary measures to combat the Corona virus and provide a safe environment for shoppers.”

It is noteworthy that, according to the latest official figures issued by the Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the number of people infected with Coronavirus in the Kingdom reached 1563 infected and the number of recovery cases is 165, until 11 pm on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Minister of Health, Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, announced, on Monday, the order of the King, Salman bin Abdulaziz, to treat all people infected with the new coronavirus on Saudi soil for free.
