The Spanish League president, Javier Tipas, denied that there were any negotiations between FC Barcelona, whether with Nima R. da Silva or Lautaro Martinez during the current transfer period in the next summer Mercato.
The couple’s names were linked to the possibility of being in Barcelona for the new season, but so far there are no formal negotiations between the Catalan club and Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
Tebas talked about the rumors concerning the two Barcelona deals and said in statements carried by the network “Futbol Italy” and said: “It is not true that Barcelona is negotiating with new players at the moment.”
He continued: “All that matters to the Catalan club is the return of the league again and the resumption of various championships after the Corona virus disaster.”
He added: “No one is interested in the transfers of players because of the situation we are living in at the moment, and therefore, the return of matches is what everyone is waiting for.”
He continued his statements: “Everything in football has stopped more than a month ago, so I think Barcelona is not negotiating with Neymar or Laotaro, because the future is still murky.”
