This price was issued according to the mathematical chart approved by the Ministry of Energy since 10/14/2010; and in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. 2 issued on 12/14/2011 regarding taking the necessary measures to control the pricing of private generators, and based on the inter-ministerial application mechanism (Domestic Energy and Economy) announced on 12/20/2011, which outlines the responsibility of the Ministry of Energy and Water to generalize the pricing of private generators based on diesel prices at the end of each month.10% is added to the approved price if the generator is located in a mountainous area or in small towns where the number of subscribers is small and distribution networks are long.
The ministry announced that it had sent books to the Ministry of Interior and Economy about the April 2020 pricing to do the required according to the joint control mechanism.
