The arrest of the Jeddah Union duo after mocking Saudi security

Makkah Al-Mukarramah region police announced the arrest of the Jeddah Union duo, Fawaz Al-Qarni and Abdul Rahman Al-Aboud, due to the taunting of security forces, against the backdrop of a curfew in the framework of fighting against the Corona virus.

The Al-Qurani guard appeared in a live broadcast with his teammate, Al-Aboud, to speak with the public during the stopping period, and the guard committed a mistake after making fun of the security men, after receiving a violation of the curfew in the city of Jeddah.

Ironically, the Jeddah Union guard condemned the stop of a security force while he was driving his car with his family, and fined all passengers of the car.

The official page of the Emirate of Makkah on Twitter issued a statement saying: “A reference to a video clip circulating in which two players belonging to one of the sports clubs appear, and they are mocking the security men after one of them received a violation of the curfew in Jeddah Governorate.”

He added, “They were arrested, arrested, and the regular procedures completed, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.”

The Saudi League and sports activity was completely discontinued in Saudi Arabia from mid-March until further notice due to the Corona virus.
