The Eastern Region Municipality has issued a new directive for owners of paper, vegetable and fruit shops, and owners of restaurants and buffets in the region.
The directive included obligating shop owners and restaurants to securely close goods and orders in a safe manner and packaging them with a thermal packaging device before they are delivered to the consumer, with the aim of ensuring that the food product arrives safely and safely.
The Riyadh Municipality and the Jeddah Municipality had previously issued directives to restaurants and food shop owners to tighten the closure of goods, as a precautionary measure to limit the spread of the new Corona virus.
In a related context, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs published an “Infograph” explaining how to safely close customer requests, before handing them over to delivery representatives, for the sake of food safety.
