The Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, player of the Inter Milan team, praised his colleague Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez in a video published by the Nerazzurri star, via the social networking site “Instagram”.
“Laotaro is great as a player and as a person, I am happy to play alongside him, because it gives me great support on the field, and the understanding between us has reached a great degree,” Lukaku said in the video he posted on Instagram. On his future with Inter Milan, the Belgian striker said: “I want to keep wearing the Nerazzurri shirt for a long time.”
Lukaku played this season with Inter Milan 35 games in all competitions, scored 23 goals and gave 5 assists.
Lukaku joined Inter Milan last summer from Manchester United, in exchange for 75 million euros, on a 5-year contract, after two years he spent in the ranks of United.
Inter Milan are third in the Italian league table this season, with 54 points, while Juventus tops with 63 points.
