FIFA is moving to save the football community

The International Football Confederation (# FIFA) has confirmed that it intends to provide “aid” to world football, after the # Corona virus plunged clubs and championships into an unprecedented financial recession.

The spread of the “Covid-19” virus resulted in almost complete paralysis in the sports movement around the world, including the suspension of the five major football tournaments, in addition to the European Champions League and European League (Europe League) indefinitely, and also postponed the European Cup and Copa America 2020, to next year.

The International Federation, which has $ 1.5 billion (1.36 billion euros) in reserves, said in a statement sent to “Agence France-Presse” that it was “thinking about ways to help the global soccer community.”

And “FIFA” added that the form that this assistance will take “is currently being studied and discussed in cooperation with members of the union, local federations and other partners.”

FIFA had announced earlier that it had created a working group to help continental federations to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 virus crisis.
