Claire Witt Keeler (49 years old) was appointed to this position in 2017, and she became the first woman to undertake this task in the history of the house, which is owned by the French group “LVMH” for luxury products and goods.

“I am honored to have been given the opportunity to look after the legacy of this ancient house and breathe life into it after becoming the first woman to take over her artistic management,” Wet Keeler said in the statement.

He thanked the CEO of the French group, Sydney Toledano, for her contribution to “the last seasons of Givenchy House. It opened its creative management, and in the excellent cooperation with the operators and teams, the house returned to the values of Ober de Givenchy and his innate sense of elegance.”

The house said it would reveal at a later date its new measures in the field of technical management.

Claire Witt Keeler designed Meghan Markle’s wedding dress during her wedding with Prince Harry in 2018.

Prior to that, she worked at Pringle of Scotland and transformed her from a knitted garment manufacturer into a well-known fashion brand.

She also worked for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford at Gucci House. She joined Givenchy after six years in the technical management of Chloé.
