The US electronics giant Apple has acquired a weather information application for the Dark Sky smart devices.

In a statement, Dark Sky said that there will be no change in the work of the Dark Sky version of devices that are running the iOS operating system produced by Apple,

“The app will still be available for sale on the Apple Store, App Store,” she added.

At the same time, it will no longer be possible to download the application to users of devices running Android and Wear OS, while users who currently have the application on these devices will continue to receive the service until the first of July 2020, as the application will stop working on These devices are as of this date.

According to its website, Dark Sky said that weather forecasts, maps and other elements will remain available until July 1, 2020, and the site will continue to be active after that with the support of users of the API and AOSApp services.
