The Together We Are Well program is the first of the recently launched Social Fund projects, and it is the official government channel for receiving community contributions to address urgent social challenges.
The financial, in-kind and voluntary returns of the program shall be allocated on the basis of priorities and in coordination with the relevant partners for community-based medical, nutritional and educational aid and supplies.
Earlier this month, the Ma’an Authority and Aldar Properties signed an agreement to fund projects that address priority social challenges.
This falls within the framework of the “Social Impact Contracts” system that was recently launched by “Together”. The two sides will work on developing the first contract within this system in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
