Abu Dhabi will sell bonds in three tranche, worth $ 6 billion


Two sources revealed to “Reuters” that “Abu Dhabi is expected to sell bonds in three classes worth six billion dollars,” adding: “Abu Dhabi has received a total subscription requests worth about 44 billion dollars for the bonds and their terms are 5 years, 10 years and 30 years.”

“Abu Dhabi narrowed the benchmark price of bonds by 45 basis points to 220 basis points over the US Treasury bonds for the five-year tranche, to 240 basis points above the same benchmark price for the ten-year segment and to 4.1 percent for the thirty-year bonds,” the sources said.

The UAE Ministry of Health recorded the largest daily increase in the death toll from corona virus infection (COVID-19) in the country, with 300 cases, without any new deaths reported.
