To raise the level of precautionary measures against the Corona virus in Saudi Arabia, the General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, on Wednesday directed the closure of the third Saudi expansion.

The Presidency also started working on a package of preventive measures that include closing the non-main doors of the Grand Mosque, intensifying sterilization operations for air conditioning and ventilation systems, and closing the roof and basement of the Grand Mosque, as well as reducing the numbers of male and female workers in the Two Holy Mosques.

In addition, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, agreed, on Wednesday, to take more precautions to limit the spread of the Corona virus, as announced by the Saudi Press Agency on Twitter, in order to ensure the health and safety of citizens and residents, where it was decided to provide The curfew started until three in the afternoon In the following cities: (Riyadh, Mecca, and Medina).

On Monday, King Salman issued an order prohibiting movement from 7 pm to 6 am.
