In detail, the regulation states that individuals and facilities are prohibited from violating the precautionary measures, preventive measures, instructions and duties regarding maintaining health and safety to prevent the risk of the spread of the new Corona virus (COFED 19), issued by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, the Ministry of Interior and the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Authority, including a violation Quarantine conditions, contact with people who are infected with the virus, and other measures issued by the relevant authorities.
The Ministry of the Interior and the general leadership of the police in the state and the judicial control commissioners in charge of the federal and local government agencies concerned with monitoring the compliance of persons and entities with precautionary measures, preventive measures, instructions and duties issued by the concerned authorities.
Accordingly, the violation will be monitored, alert and directed to comply with the measures and instructions, and violations will be monitored for it, and the warning or warning referred to may be printed, or a report of the violation will be issued in the event of refusal to respond to the alert and direction including the data of the violator and the type of violation and the type of penalty imposed.
Anyone who violates the precautionary measures, preventive measures, instructions and duties issued by the aforementioned authorities shall be charged with an administrative fine of no less than / 500 / five hundred dirhams and not more than / 50,000 / fifty thousand dirhams, and the fine shall be doubled if the violation is repeated for the second time, while the violation is referred To the Prosecution, Emergency and Crises and Disasters at the Federal Public Prosecution if the violation is committed for the third time.
In any case, the violation may be transferred to the Public Prosecution, Crisis and Disaster Prosecution at the Federal Public Prosecution if the violation constitutes a punishable crime in accordance with the laws in force in the country, and the violation facility may be closed for a period not to exceed six months, which can be extended.
The Ministry of the Interior and the general police leadership in the state collect the value of the fines from the violators, and they have coordination with the relevant government agencies and use them to collect the value of the fines in case the violator refuses to pay the value of the fine.
