The responsible authorities in Saudi Arabia intend to close unnecessary shops, from 8 pm until 6 am daily, as of Saturday.

Sources indicated, according to the Saudi newspaper ‘Aajel’, that the decision excludes vital facilities that include “food stores, pharmacies and gas stations.”

This comes within the preventive measures and precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom to control the new Corona virus, reduce the risks of its spread, and ensure the protection and safety of all segments of society, and in response to health authorities’ instructions to address the spread of respiratory infections, especially in a crowded closed environment.
