Tunisian press reports stated that the Esperance fans were present to buy their team’s match tickets against Zamalek in the meeting that will be held on Friday evening at the “Olympic” stadium, Rades, in the second leg of the African Champions League quarter-finals.
According to the Tunisian “Mosaique” radio, the point of sale of the return match tickets between Esperance and Zamalek witnessed a great turnout by the fans of “Bab Souika”.
The Tunisian security authorities allowed the Esperance administration to fully utilize the capacity of the stadium, which accommodates 60,000 spectators.
The Esperance and Zamalek match, before its start, witnessed a debate regarding the presence of the fans due to the “Corona” virus, but the Tunisian Football Federation issued a statement in the presence of the fans.
The first match between Zamalek and Esperance, which was held at Cairo International Stadium, was ended by the white team in its favor by winning three goals versus one goal.
Zamalek is looking for a positive result in the Rades site in order to complete its continental career and reach the semi-final round, where it suffices to come out with a negative tie result.
As for Esperance, who won the title in the last two seasons, he has no choice but to win by two goals if he wants to continue his African career.
It is worth noting that the winner from Esperance and Zamalek will be his way in the semi-final winner of the Congolese Mazembe and Raja Casablanca oval, who defeated the first leg with two goals without a response.
