A Chinese citizen from Yunnan Province died after being infected with the “Hanta” virus, the Chinese “Global Times” website said on Tuesday.
The death of the Chinese citizen has raised fears of a new epidemic, especially with the crisis the world is witnessing as a result of the outbreak of the new Corona virus, which has infected more than 300 thousand people and killed more than 15 thousand others in the world.
The Global Times website reported that the man died while on a public transport bus, heading for Shandong Province, which led the Chinese authorities to test all passengers on the bus to ensure they were not infected with the virus and their number.

The Hanta virus is known to be transmitted through the urine, saliva, or feces of rodents (such as rats and mice).
According to a number of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the world, this virus does not spread from one person to another.
Symptoms of the “Hanta” virus are similar to those of Corona, in which the sufferer suffers from symptoms such as fever, nausea, abdominal pain, fainting and shortness of breath.
