Hair loss is rarely a sign of a serious illness, but losing too much hair relatively quickly can lead to a loss of self-confidence.

1- Vitamin C:
Free radicals are molecules known to cause cell damage and are associated with the negative effects of aging, such as hair loss.
Research that studies the effect of oxidative stress (an imbalance in the system of oxidizing agents) on the aging process suggests that vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect against oxidative stress caused by free radicals.
In addition, the body needs vitamin C to create a protein known as collagen, which is an important part of hair structure.
Vitamin C also helps absorb iron, which is an essential mineral for hair growth. Among the foods rich in vitamin (C), we find strawberries and citrus fruits.
2- Vitamin D:
Low “sun vitamin” is associated with alopecia areata, a medical term for an autoimmune disease in which hair is lost.
Research shows that vitamin D may help create new follicles, the small pores in the scalp where new hair can grow.
Vitamin D is thought to play a role in hair production, but it is not yet known what the actual role of Vitamin D in hair growth is.
While the body absorbs vitamin D naturally through direct exposure to sunlight, it can also be obtained through fatty fish and some mushrooms.
3- Vitamin E or E:
Similar to vitamin C, vitamin E is an antioxidant that can prevent oxidative stress, and in one study, people with hair loss experienced a 34.5% increase in hair growth after taking vitamin E for eight months. .
Sunflower seeds, almonds, spinach and avocados are good sources of vitamin E.
