Video With a fatal victory over Uzbekistan, Al-Akhdar is writing history and qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics


Our national under-23 team won 2-0 against its counterpart Uzbekistan in the semi-final matches of the Asian U-23 Cup, which qualifies for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

With this victory, our team qualified for the final of the AFC U-23 Cup, and then qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics after an absence of 24 years.

The first green goal in the match was scored by Nasser Al-Omran in the 87th minute of the match, with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area.

In stoppage time for the match, Abdul Rahman Gharib managed to score the second goal of Al-Akhdar with a long-range shot, before the referee canceled the goal for offside.
