In a shocking surprise to attend the first days of the Cairo International Book Fair, the young Egyptian writer Mohamed Hassan Khalifa died, while receiving his fans, to celebrate his first collection of stories, and to tour the exhibition with some friends.
The young Egyptian writer fell unconscious during his purchase of books at the exhibition, and the exhibition management rushed to his aid, but he found out that he died as soon as he arrived at the hospital.
The official page of the exhibition on Facebook said: “The Egyptian Ministry of Culture and the General Egyptian Book Authority and the management of the Cairo International Book Fair are mourning with great sadness and sorrow the young writer Mohamed Hassan Khalifa, who passed away this morning in the Air Force Hospital after suffering from a fainting while in the publishing house that His new anecdotal group has been released, and it has been shown that the cause of fainting is a heart attack, after which he was transferred to the hospital immediately, and the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, the authority and the exhibition share the family of the deceased with pain and sorrows, calling on God Almighty to shroud him with the widows of his mercy and inspire his loved ones with his patience and solace.

It was issued to the young writer Mohamed Hassan Khalifa this year, in Cairo Book FairA short story entitled “Announcing a Lonely Heart”, as he was writing articles for him in several Arab newspapers on culture, art, literature and Egyptian affairs, where a cultural symposium was scheduled to be held on January 26, as part of the exhibition’s activities.
Surprisingly, the late young man wrote on his Facebook page, hours before his death, where he wrote a quote from the story of “My Grave Cemetery”, within the stories of his collection of stories “A Declaration from a Lonely Heart”.
The text of what he wrote came: “I hung the news of my death on the wall, and every morning and evening I would look at it, to rest assured that the paper of the paper in which the news was written in a large font and a first page away from the deaths is still intact, and you can resist with me the coming days.”
It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, opened yesterday, Wednesday, the activities of the 51st edition of the Cairo International Book Fair, provided that the public will be received from Thursday.
