The Minister of Civil Service, Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan, has set the second of February next, an official date for launching the digital platform for government human resources management and development, “Masar”, which is concerned with providing a package of electronic services for the employee’s career, starting from the beginning of the appointment until the end of his service, indicating that the platform aims to Standardizing all administrative and financial procedures and combining them under a unified digital portal that includes the ministry’s services and procedures, in line with the human resources executive regulations and organizational frameworks.

He revealed the launch of the Academy of Administrative Leadership Development in partnership with a prestigious university, through which the Ministry of Civil Service aims to prepare a clear and specific methodology and mechanisms for preparing leaders in the public sector.

This came during the annual meeting organized by the Ministry of Civil Service for the second time to talk about the aspirations of the ministry, in the presence of a number of media and opinion leaders.
