According to the website of the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention “CDC” is reporting a high activity of influenza and influenza-like diseases throughout the country.

Researchers recommend getting seven to nine hours of sleep when feeling ill, as well as when you’re healthy, and in addition to getting enough sleep when sick, it is also important to rest during the day and try to avoid excessive stress.
