SanDisk chip development company unveiled its first 8 TB SSD portable external storage disk.
Despite the large storage capacity of the new storage disk, it came with a small structure about the size of a pack of cigarettes, protected by layers of rubber to protect it from shocks and uneven temperatures.
Because of its support for SuperSpeed USB technology, this disk will provide users with a high speed of data transfer, through which the speed of data exchange reaches 20 GB per second.
As it was unveiled at CES 2020, SanDisk showcased a 1TB flash drive named SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB, one of the best and smallest portable storage devices in the world.
The company has not announced the price of its new devices yet, but it is expected to put it on the market this spring.
