For his part, Ayman al-Rukban, Director of Examinations and Admission, stated that male and female students who have completed six years with the start of the academic year 1442 or less by 90 days are the ones who are entitled to enroll in the first grade of primary education, and those under the age of 180 are excluded from this, provided that The male or female student has an approved kindergarten certificate for two semesters, with a form for proficiency in development skills available, noting the importance of the kindergarten being added within the Noor system.

“Al-Rakban” indicated that registration is done through the guardian via the Noor system https://noor.gov.sa; while some cases are registered by the school leader, as is the case of the male or female student whose guardian does not have the ability to register, and the student from A Saudi mother and a non-Saudi father, Gulf students and social welfare students, students whose identities have not been completed, students over the age of 11 years, and special education students who are over the age of admission.

She indicated that the registration of non-Saudi students – who their guardians work in the government sector – begins on 16/8/1441 AH; while the registration of non-Saudis whose parents work in the private sector begins on 5/9/1441 AH.

She also clarified that the registration of students who are less than six years of age within 180 days of government and private kindergarten graduates of all nationalities begins on 10/10/1441 AH, while the registration of foreign school kindergarten graduates applicable to international programs and kindergarten graduates outside the Kingdom begins on 20/12/1441 AH .
