Flynas issued a press release disclosing the circumstances of the loss of a passenger’s wheelchair.

We would like to make it clear that we have been in flynas since receiving the complaint, and we have directly worked with other responsible authorities to search for the chair, and after direct investigation and coordination with King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, by referring to the surveillance cameras at the airport, we found the arrival of the chair on the same flight mentioned above, where One of the passengers coming from one of the other trips took the chair from the wheelchair luggage receipt area in the fifth hall at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, and after coordination with the responsible authorities, it became clear to us that the traveler has an international flight to continue, where he used the chair and directed him to Machine No. (2) International and the flight at the gate to leave him to leave, and is currently working with the passenger Najla delivered to the chair, and guarantee them the right to compensation of damage.
