Partially closed 37 petrol stations in Dammam


The Municipality of West Dammam, represented by the Follow-up Committee for the Rehabilitation of Gas Stations, is continuing the control campaign targeting gas stations, which resulted in a partial closure of 37 stations west of Dammam.

Engineer Faisal bin Abdel Hadi Al-Qahtani, the mayor of West Dammam, stated that the campaign comes to ensure the capacity and efficiency of these installations to manage, operate and maintain the 73 fuel stations in western Dammam, according to the criteria and foundations of the approved qualifications, and in line with the goals of the national transformation program.

He pointed out that 25 stations responded to the initiative to rehabilitate and develop fuel stations, noting that the municipality has facilitated special procedures and overcoming obstacles that may confront initiators and applicants for licenses for stations within the rehabilitation program, stressing that work is underway on the program until all the stations located within the scope of Municipal.
