The competent authorities in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region Police have arrested a resident in the fourth decade of age who is selling false identity and false insurance documents.
Major Media Muhammad al-Ghamdi, the media spokesman for the Makkah Police, stated that the security follow-up of counterfeiting and forgery crimes resulted in the arrest of an Ethiopian resident, after evidence of his involvement in the crimes of fraudulent identity of a resident and offered for sale in exchange for money, using a laboratory for this purpose.
Al-Ghamdi added that the resident was seized with 253 false identity cards, insurance documents, health cards, Hajj permits and various forged seals, in addition to a device for printing counterfeit cards, was arrested, and all regular measures were taken against him.
