The latest leaks today revealed tests of the GeForce RTX 2080 Super graphics card with Max-Q design, which is expected to officially launch during the coming period.

The first leaks about the GeForce RTX 2080 Super graphics card came last November, where it was indicated that NVIDIA is preparing to launch a Super Update from the GeForce RTX / GTX line for mobile devices.

New leaks were detected today confirming NVIDIA’s plans to launch a GeForce RTX 2080 Super graphics card with Max-Q design, where leaks were confirmed via TUM_APISAK, and Geekbench tests revealed the GeForce RTX 2080 for mobile devices.

The graphics card comes in tests with the Intel Core i9-10980HK processor, so tests are expected to be done on a mobile device.

Intel announced the Comet Lake-H processor during CES 2020 events, where the Core i9-10980HK comes with 8 cores and 16-thread. Intel also indicated that the chip supports 5GHz, and was recorded in the experiment 4.92GHz.

On the other hand, Gregory Bryant indicated in a tweet on Twitter that the mobile devices that are distinguished by the tenth generation of Core-H processors, will go to the markets at the end of the current quarter, so we are also expected to witness the launch of the GeForce RTX 2080 Super screen with Max-Q design with versions Other than GeForce RTX / GTX Super production line during this period.

It is reported that the previous leaks reviewed some details of the GeForce RTX / GTX Super product line, which comes as follows:

  • GeForce RTX 2080M SUPER graphics card with 8GB memory in GDDR6
  • GeForce RTX 2070M SUPER graphics card with 8GB memory in GDDR6
  • GeForce RTX 2060M SUPER graphics card with 8GB memory in GDDR6
  • GeForce GTX 1660M SUPER graphics card with 4GB memory in GDDR6
  • GeForce GTX 1650M SUPER graphics card with 4GB memory in GDDR6.

So it is expected that all versions of the graphics card will come with GDDR6 memory to support the highest main speed, so we look forward to the official announcement of the release of these versions to the market.
