She added: “The commission announces the formation of a committee to conduct a comprehensive investigation to determine the reasons for the delay in the arrival of the ambulance to the site of the accident and take the necessary legal measures regarding this matter, and the commission will announce the results of the investigation once the committee’s work is completed.”
