In pictures .. Watch the Al-Sahabi Jarir Al-Bajali mosque in Bani Malik after the restoration


The restoration work has been completed at the Jarir bin Abdullah Al-Bajali Mosque in the village of Judges Bani Malik, south of Taif, approximately 130 km, after the order of His Highness the Crown Prince to restore historical mosques in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This program, which is supervised by the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in partnership with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance and the Heritage Charitable Foundation, includes a scope of work to inventory, reconstruct and restore historic mosques in a way that ensures the preservation of their urban character. This program aims to restore 150 historic mosques in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The restoration of the Great Companion Mosque, Jarir bin Abdullah Al-Bajali, this mosque, which is the oldest, since its foundation dates back to 1432 years, comes within the first stage, which includes the rehabilitation of 30 mosques in ten regions of the Kingdom.
