And the Minister of Information stated that the Cabinet discussed the Kingdom’s assertion during the fourth session of the Arab Parliament in Cairo that its policy is based on the principles of peaceful coexistence and good neighborliness, full respect for the sovereignty and independence of states, non-interference in its internal affairs, and its belief that these principles are capable of resolving all Conflicts and conflicts, foremost among which is the Arab-Israeli conflict, and the great attention that the Kingdom attaches to the Palestinian cause as its first issue, and its efforts to ensure access to political solutions to crises in Syria, Yemen, Libya and Sudan, and demanding everyone To move seriously, to address all destabilizing external threats and interventions, and to move forward towards the aspirations of security, stability and development of Arab countries and their peoples.

The Council of Ministers decided to authorize the Minister of Foreign Affairs or his representative to sign a draft protocol on establishing diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Zimbabwe at the level of (ambassador).
After reviewing what was submitted by the Minister of Labor and Social Development, and after considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (8/2) dated 3/15/1441 AH, the Cabinet decided to approve a memorandum of understanding in the field of social development between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of Tunisia.
A royal decree has been prepared.
After reviewing the treatment filed by the General Authority of Civil Aviation, and after considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (20/4) dated 3/28/1441 AH, the Cabinet decided to approve an agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of Georgia in the field of air transport services.

After reviewing the treatment submitted by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, and after considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (25/5) dated 3/3/1441 AH, the Cabinet decided to approve a memorandum of understanding for scientific and technical cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Spain. After reviewing the treatment submitted by the Saudi Geological Survey Authority, and after considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (3/14) and dated 3/16/1441 AH, the Cabinet decided to approve a memorandum of understanding for the geological scientific cooperation between the Saudi Geological Survey Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the institution Russian Geology Holding in the Russian Federation. A royal decree has been prepared.
After considering the Shura Council decisions No. (123/65) and the date of 1/13/1432 AH, No. (132/33) and the date of 2/8/1439 AH, and the number (36/7) and the date of 2/4/1441 AH, the Cabinet decided to approve Voluntary work system. A royal decree has been prepared.
After reviewing the transaction submitted by the Ministry of Energy, and after reviewing the two prepared recommendations in the Council of Economic Affairs and Development No. (14 – 55/40 / D) and the date of 11/6/1440 AH, and the number (25 – 12/41 / D) and the date of 4/15 / 1441 AH, the Council of Ministers decided to approve the transfer of the competence to regulate the activity of dry gas and liquid petroleum gas distribution for residential and commercial purposes from the Electricity and Co-Production Regulatory Authority to the Ministry of Energy.
After reviewing what was submitted by His Royal Highness, the Minister of the Interior, and after reviewing the recommendation prepared in the Council of Economic Affairs and Development No. (15-8 / 41 / D) and the date of 3/17/1441 AH, and after considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (7/33) On the date of 4/12/1441 AH, the Council of Ministers decided to approve the addition of a new paragraph, paragraph (3), to Article (eleventh) of the distinctive residence system, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 106) and the date of 10/9/1440 AH, with the following text :

After considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (6/2) dated 3/15/1441 AH, the Council of Ministers decided to amend Article (25) of the Civil Service System, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 49) dated 10/7/1397 AH, to be in the following text It is permissible to contract to perform the functions of some jobs, as determined by the regulations. 1- Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Aqil is appointed to a position (Shari’a advisor) at the 15th rank at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance.
2- Promotion of Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al Ghumlas to a position (revenue advisor) at the 15th rank at the Ministry of Finance.
3- Promoting Khalil bin Othman bin Abdulaziz Al-Thabet to the position of (Administrative Consultant) at the 15th rank at the Ministry of Finance.
4- Promoting Mansour bin Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Bazei to the position of (Transportation Advisor) at the 15th rank at the Ministry of Transport.
5- Promoting Khalid bin Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Sharihi to a position (administrative consultant) at the 15th rank at the Ministry of Information.
6- The promotion of Engineer Hamad bin Ibrahim bin Hassan Al Hammad to the position of (Information Technology Consultant) at the 15th rank at the National Information Center.
