Amr Al-Janaini, head of the five-year committee responsible for managing the Egyptian Football Association, revealed that he was postponing my Al-Ahly match against Enppi and Zamalek against Al-Masry in the League Championship and was not happy about that.
“Since the beginning of the season, we have identified two reasons for delaying any match, and this is either due to security considerations or African links,” Al-Janaini said in statements to Al-Allaib.
“After adjusting the date of the next Al-Ahly and Zamalek matches in Africa, we found that the time intervals will not allow them to prepare well for the two fateful matches,” he said.
“We are adjusting our affairs according to the schedules of the African Union, and I had to amend the appointment. I am not happy with that, but it is an emergency,” Al-Janaini added.
“I swear to God, we do not put considerations for anyone with my respect and appreciation for all. I am at the same distance with all clubs, and we will do nothing but good, whatever the pressures, and I am confident in my success and applying the regulations to everyone,” he said.
On the clubs ’position regarding the postponement, Al-Janaini said:“ I received phone calls from Al-Ahly and Zamalek officials, and they were convinced that postponing the two matches made sense. ”
Speaking of his position on running for the presidency of Zamalek, Al-Janini explained, “I will not run for the presidency of Zamalek in the upcoming elections, because positions do not seduce me.”
“I want to raise my children,” he added, laughing.
Regarding Kasungu’s registration, he explained, “I judge the facts, not the mood or the courtesy, and what is said the opposite is completely disgraceful, I stressed more than once that he will not restrict a player except with a full financial settlement.”
He stressed, “I will not deny my belonging to Zamalek, but only judge me for any biased decision or personal whims.”
“I consider myself a conscript in the army for a year to improve the image. I will work as much as possible with all my experiences and the experiences of my colleagues in the committee for the benefit of the entity. We are going well and improving day by day.”
He continued, “I need it today to be 80 hours to complete the required files.”
Finally, speaking about the absence of Mohamed Salah from the best concert, Al-Janaini said: “This matter does not belong to the Football Association. Perhaps the circumstances did not allow and I do not know what happened.”
“I did not go into it, Salah told me that he will talk about it soon,” Al-Janaini revealed.
“The Salah failed to attend the ceremony, which belongs to the African Union, not the Egyptian Union,” the five-member committee chairman concluded.
