The first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon has announced the postponement of the investigation session with Fadi Al-Hashem, the husband of actress Nancy Ajram, until next March 10, to hear testimonies from workers in the Al-Hashem clinic in addition to his brother.
Judge Nicola Mansour issued his decision in Thursday’s session, after providing the investigation with the communications movement of the Syrian dead man, Mohammed Al-Mousa, as it turned out that he had made several contacts at the Fadi Al-Hashem clinic.
Judge Appeal Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, gave a signal of the conclusion of the preliminary investigation, and then filed a complaint against Al-Hashem for the crime of intentional killing according to Article 547 of the Penal Code, and referred the file to Judge Mansour.
On Thursday, Al-Hashem underwent an investigation session to hear his statements regarding the case of his killing of the young man Mohammed Al-Mousa at his home, while Nancy announced her return to pursue her artistic activity.
Nancy Ajram published through her official account on “Instagram”, her return to her artistic activity again and naturally, and announced the revival of new parties, on the 28th of next February on the occasion of Valentine’s Day in Cairo, and will also perform in a concert in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on April 2, in addition to Record a new video clip and continue filming new episodes of “The Voice Kids”.
