Does Al-Ahly invest the local collapse of the star?

Despite the continental distinction of the coastal star team, leaders of the second group in the African Champions League round of sixteen, against Al-Ahly of Sudan, Al-Hilal of Sudan and Zimbabwe’s platinum, respectively, the Tunisian team is living in very difficult times locally.

Al-Ahly is preparing for a decisive confrontation against the coastal star at nine in the evening tomorrow, Sunday, in the fifth round, in the round of sixteen for the African Champions League, and any result other than winning means that the Egyptian team’s stance is severely worsened before the last round.

The coastal star achieved three victories during four rounds in the round of sixteen for the African Champions League, and was the only loss among his fans against Al-Hilal in the third round, despite his victory in two off-field matches against Al-Hilal himself in the fourth round and Platinum in the second round.

However, despite the positive results and the approaching qualification of the African Champions League quarter-finals, the results of the coastal star declined sharply in the Tunisian League, where he settled in sixth place in the table, with 18 points, after 12 games.

Since its victory over Al-Ahly in the African Champions League, the coastal star has achieved only one local victory, it was a clean quad at the expense of Hammam al-Naf, before a notable local collapse.

The coastal star fell three goals to a goal in front of the Tunisian stadium in the fifteenth of last December, before a shock on the twenty-first of the same month, to fall with a clean goal in front of Najm El Metloui, one of the teams that wrestled with the decline in the Tunisian local league.

The coastal star opened its domestic career in the new year with a disappointing draw at its stadium with Al-Afriki with a goal for each team, although the guests played the entire second half incomplete, after Zuhair Al-Thawadi was sent off one of their most important players.

In contrast, Al-Ahly is going through one of its best domestic periods historically, as it equaled its second best number in the Egyptian Premier League, winning 12 consecutive games, to continue comfortably at the top of the ranking table, with 36 points, 7 points ahead of the Arab contractors, its closest pursuit, despite Postponed two confrontations for Al-Ahly.
